Lake Morzard Zelayi is located 125 kilometers from the center of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province with a maximum and average depth of 14 and 8 meters at an altitude of 2180 meters above sea level in an area of ​​the same name and is recorded on the geographical map as Barm Morzard. The water of this lake originates from the Tang Sib and Darbari mountains and flows into Barm Morzard Lake after a distance of about 10 to 15 kilometers. Numerous springs also bubble around the lake.
Lake Morzard is located 135 kilometers northwest of Yasuj. This lake, which is called by names such as "Mor Zard Zelayi" and "Barm Deli Bo", is in the form of three lakes, one of which is larger than the other two. These three beautiful lakes are approximately three kilometers apart and are very large. These lakes are located at an altitude of 2,180 meters above sea level and cover an area of ​​more than 35 hectares. The water of this lake is supplied from karst springs and surface runoff.
