Tang Tamradi Waterfall
Tang Tamradi has 4 waterfalls with a height of 8 to 10 meters. The height of the tallest waterfall is about 50 meters. Remember that you cannot visit all of these waterfalls without the necessary equipment and skills. To navigate the Tang Tamradi route, you need proper physical fitness and rock climbing equipment.
In addition to its beauties, this Tamradi region has a long history. The presence of the brave Iranian general in this gorge is heard of in the past. According to traditions and hearsay, it is said that Aryobarzen, the brave Iranian general, with his army withstood the attack of Alexander the Great in this same Tang Tamradi during the Achaemenid kingdom and won the war. Another tradition belongs to the Pahlavi era. Under the command of Kay Lohrasb, Reza Shah's army clashed with the Boyer Ahmadi tribe in this gorge, and the Boyer Ahmadi showed their utmost strength and resistance in this conflict. History in this region is not enough. Near the village of Hosseinabad, at the entrance to the Tamradi Strait, you can see a tomb that belongs to one of the wise and famous generals of the Achaemenid dynasty and has been preserved since that time.
